Jenifer Canton

Jenifer Canton joined the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TraCCC) in January 2018, as a data entry specialist for the Global Terrorism Database project with a special interest in Latin America. She also worked on the Targeting National Resource Corruption (TNRC) project researching trade-based money laundering and natural resource corruption. In her current role, Jenifer provides fiscal and administrative support for TraCCC and its projects. Prior to her role at TraCCC, Jenifer was a visiting adjunct professor of Spanish at the University of Mary Washington in 2016-2017. Jenifer holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University and a B.A, in Modern Languages from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and Basque.
